Kicking rain pain down the storm drain with PEMF therapy

As I shared on Facebook and Instagram Tuesday night, once again PEMF therapy saved the day!!  Southern California is experiencing a wet, cold week and my body isn’t happy.  Since adding PEMF therapy with Oska Pulse to my daily pain management plan, I have been able to greatly reduce how poorly my body reacts to the pressure that pushes storms in.  However, multiple storms still rock my world a bit.

Since Saturday, I have been able to keep the pain I typically experience from fibromyalgia and psoriatic arthritis when storms occur by running PEMF treatments up and down my spine.  Around 4pm on Tuesday, an unbearable pain overtook my collarbone.  It seriously felt like a toddler was jumping up and down on it!! With tears in my eyes, I scrambled to figure out how to relieve it.  Besides still having some work that I needed to finish, it was too early for me to medicate with cannabis.  My topical CBD oil relaxed the muscle, but it wasn’t touching the bone pain.  Then it hit me, duh!! Put Oska Pulse on it!!!! Ninety minutes later and the pain was gone!!! Not only did I achieve complete relief, I did without any medications.  I honestly have no idea how I ever lived without my Oska Pulse.

In case you haven’t heard, Oska Pulse has been improved! Instead of only having the capability to run 30 minute treatments, it now runs for 90 FULL MINUTES!!! So while I had to hit the on button three times to go through 90 minutes of treatments, those who order the new version only have to hit it once!

I Wish That I Had Tried This Before Having a Hysterectomy

I regret my hysterectomy, but not for the reasons one would assume…..  I was done having kids and I didn’t care about being thrown into early menopause.  The reason I regret having one was because now I see that I had other options to combat the pain from endometriosis.  That if my doctors had offered me a chance to try what I am using now to win my battle with abdominal adhesions, I may not have had to live with the fallout of a botched hysterectomy and the troubles that still linger from it.

The Diagnosis

I was diagnosed with endometriosis in spring of 2004.  In a way I am lucky that my diagnosis was made in less than a year from the point when I first went to my doctor to discuss my pain.  After six months of tracking my pain, an exploratory surgery revealed that I had a giant ovarian cyst.  It attached itself to my bladder, uterus, and left fallopian tube and pulled them to my left sidewall.  My fallopian tube had actually adhered to the sidewall and had to be cut loose.  Sadly the relief from this clean-up only lasted six months.

The proceeds offset the expense of operating this site and fund the giveaways for my Facebook groups.

Their Solution

After tracking my symptoms for another six months I returned to my doctor.  At that time he said that a hysterectomy would be my only option.  Not wanting to disrupt my family’s life throughout the school year, I asked that we schedule it after school let out for the summer.  Knowing I would need the summer to recover, my husband and I decided the family should spend a week at Disneyland before I had surgery.  Long story short, I ended up having an emergency appendectomy on our second day and had to postpone my hysterectomy until I had healed.  Like I said, that is another story that I will share fully another time….  Anyways, not once was I offered any other solution to my pain other than a hysterectomy and pain medication.  So a hysterectomy it was…….  The hysterectomy revealed multiple ovarian cysts and a belly full of adhesions pulling all of my internal organs in every direction.

The Fallout

I really wish I had been into researching natural and alternative ways to relieve pain and deal with health issues back then.  Had I known that there could have been a way to avoid having a hysterectomy, I would have jumped at the opportunity.  The surgery was a disaster.  My surgeon left behind a large portion of my left fallopian tube and a $hitload of ovarian remnants.  The remnants embedded themselves into my abdominal wall and cervix and the fallopian tube remnant was covered in endometriosis, infected, and embedded into my sidewall.  The first follow-up surgery to address my pain and find the beginning of the aftermath took place 2 years after the hysterectomy because 20 surgeons refused to listen to me.  It was finally the 21st who didn’t suggest that I see a psychiatrist or blame it on fibromyalgia.  Soon before this surgery the adhesions began strangling my bowels.  This pain comes and goes, relief could only be achieved via surgery or internal ripping of the adhesions themselves.  And yes, both are as painful as you can imagine.

Wishful Thinking

I was told that I would be pain-free after my hysterectomy.  After two more surgeries to address the mistakes made in the hysterectomy I was assured that I would no longer know the agony I had been living with.  They were wrong!!! The worst part is when the adhesions severely attacked my bowels again in 2016, I was told that there was nothing that could be done for me.  My HMO refused to approve surgery, saying that the adhesions would just return.  It didn’t matter that they were killing me……… When I asked about ultrasound therapy, they responded with “it is not a known therapy within our network and we will NOT be looking into it”.

My Blue Genie

I love the genie from Aladdin and that is what I think of whenever I look at my PEMF therapy device, Oska Pulse.  This beautiful piece of technology has done for me in the past two years, what doctors have been telling me wasn’t possible.  In March of 2017, adhesions once again attacked my bowels after a 3 month reprieve.  I was as exhausted as I was in pain.  At this time I had been using my Oska Pulse a few times a week on my knee after exercising.  After talking with someone who was using it to combat pain from endometriosis, I decided to give it try.  I began by wearing in on my belly and focusing on the areas that hurt the most.  I wore and ran my device every day, from the moment I awoke to the moment I went to bed.  Within a few days the swelling and pain decreased.  After a week, I no longer felt pain where my hysterectomy scar was and I have had pain there since 2005.  Two weeks later and I could sleep on my stomach, something that I hadn’t been able to do since 2004.

What the heck happened?

What my PEMF device has done for me we will never know.  Adhesions never show in any test ran by my doctors and surgery would be the only way to see inside.  With that said, the relief I have been experiencing is nothing like I have ever felt.  My organs are no longer being pulled in unnatural directions.  I no longer experience a ripping or bleeding sensation inside my sidewall.  Outside of dealing with the fallout of weak abdominal muscles and intestines that have been injured from adhesions, my belly feels almost as good as I did before my first ovarian cyst.

So here is my question…… Why isn’t this being offered to women?  Why are women being told that surgery is their only option?  And then after they have X amount of surgeries are turned down because they don’t want to put our bodies through more?  This simple piece of technology has not only provided pain relief, it addressed the source of my pain!!!  And this isn’t the only chronic illness that it has improved for me.  Click here to learn about the rest.

If you are suffering in pain from endometriosis, please consider looking into PEMF therapy.  Click here to learn about several different options available.  If a hysterectomy didn’t provide you with the relief you thought it would, I highly recommend looking into PEMF therapy.  Click here for third party reports about how this type of therapy has helped with numerous illnesses/symptoms.  My favorite device is Oska Pulse.  Not just because I am an affiliate with them (BTW my discount code DIVA will save you $55.00), but because it is the most portable, affordable, and easiest to use device on the market.  But don’t take my word, visit Oska Wellness and see for yourself.  I could have possibly avoided 4 surgeries and the errors that have left me with life long injuries had this type of device been available to me.  Anyways, take a look and remember, with their 30 day refund policy, you have nothing to lose but pain.

Make Pain Your Bitch

Has your chronic illness stolen the life you had?

Have you put your dreams on hold?

Does having to spend days, weeks, or months recovering from an outing make you feel like a prisoner in your own home/body?

Do you want to take your life back?

What are you waiting for?

In my eBook Make Pain Your Bitch: How to Dominate Your Chronic Life  I share the areas of my life that I needed to take ownership over and the changes that had to be made.  My book won’t cure you, in fact it won’t change your life….. But it will motivate you to change it yourself by helping you recognize what changes you need to make and empowering you to make them.

I haven’t been healed. Fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, degenerative disc disease, and endometriosis are NOT curable.  However, what I am able to do has increased since applying the changes I outline in the book.

I didn’t need a cure or achieve major pain relief to improve my life.  Yet by changing my ways, I was able to significantly reduce the amount of chronic pain I experience daily.

Chronic illnesses are not death sentences.  There is hope and it is possible to live a fulfilling and pleasurable life with or without less pain.  I have learned to live passionately and purposefully no matter what my body throws at me.  I have learned to work with my diseases and make adjustments when necessary, instead of constantly battling them.

Knocking out sinus pain with PEMF

*This post contains affiliate links

oska sinuses rose

Are seasonal allergies preventing you from enjoying life?  Springtime blooms used to make me miserable.  Swollen/watery/itchy eyes, a stuffy/runny nose, and painful facial pressure left me with no other option other than to pop daily allergy pills.  Sometimes a second or third was needed, which left me drowsy or knocked me out completely.  That is until this year!

Fifteen months ago I began using PEMF therapy with Oska Pulse daily.  If you haven’t heard of it, Oska Pulse is a drug-free pain-relief device that uses pulsed electromagnetic fields.  Since I have reaped the benefits of pain-relief in regards to my chronic illnesses which include but are not limited to; fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, degenerative disc disease, endometriosis, etc.  What I didn’t expect to experience was improvement in regards to my seasonal allergies.

PEMF therapy hasn’t cured me from my seasonal allergies.  Instead it has reduced the amount of inflammation that I experience.  In the past 15 months I have continually reduced the amount of allergy medication that I was taking.  Instead of taking one or more pills on a daily basis, this spring I have only needed one or three pills per month! When I feel my sinuses swelling I run one or more PEMF treatments on my face or forehead.  That alone is usually all I need to reduce the inflammation and pain. The longer I wait to treat, the more treatments I have to run.

To be able to reduce pain and inflammation without putting drugs into my system is a wonderful feeling.  I am not a doctor or scientist, I can’t explain how this device works.  What I can do is suggest that you click here to read about a study about PEMF therapy and sinusitis.  I also suggest that you click here to learn more about how PEMF therapy combats inflammation.  You may also follow my progress and see how all the different ways that PEMF therapy has improved my health and life by clicking here.

Breaking Down the Cost of PEMF therapy

Breaking Down the Cost of PEMF therapy

There is nothing cheap about living with one or more chronic illnesses. Doctor appointments, tests, medications, dietary changes, and often a decreased ability to work drain our bank accounts faster than we can fill them.  Today I am breaking down the cost of using PEMF therapy with Oska Pulse.

I have been using PEMF therapy with Oska Pulse daily for six months. Even if my device gives out after just one year it will have definitely been worth approximately a dollar a day. My HMO will not cover this type of therapy, I would have to pay out of pocket whether my treatment took place at a doctor’s office or at home, so why not do it at home?! I would have spent more than the cost of an Oska Pulse just after two or three one hour sessions from a chiropractor who treats patients with PEMF. Another perk is that I spend less on pain medication. With Oska Pulse I administer my treatments whenever and wherever I want, including Disneyland!

The improvements I have experienced in regards to my chronic illnesses have been phenomenal. PEMF therapy is what pushed my treatment plan over the edge and is giving me a new lease on life. My doctors all said that there was nothing they could do about the pain and destruction going on in my abdomen from adhesions. Find out what they considered to be my next step and how my device has improved my pain and symptoms from fibromyalgia, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, degenerative disc disease, and endometriosis in My Oska Pulse Journey.
There are many different PEMF at home devices available online, but none of them are able to compete with the affordability of Oska Pulse or the convenience of being able to administer treatment anywhere you please. Most devices cost between $500 and $6000! While you can administer treatment at home, they are not as portable or easy to travel with as Oska Pulse. Click here to compare Oska Pulse with a few other devices.
In addition to saving $55 with promo code DIVA, you can also make monthly payments by utilizing PayPal’s payment plan.
