February is the month of love! It’s time to express your love to someone special. A time to spoil them or give them a gift that will make them feel all warm and fuzzy inside. But what about you? Shouldn’t you show yourself some love? I think so and that is why I have themed my Fitness Buddy February Challenge around loving ourselves.
