Are you drinking enough water? I admit that I struggle with this big time!!! But every once in awhile I thought I was doing okay….. I WAS WRONG!!! To help bring my water intake up to par and to help others reach their appropriate level I have issued a 5 day water challenge in The Disabled Diva’s Fitness Buddies group on Facebook.
