Self-Care

Welcome!

Self-care is not just about doing something nice for yourself. It is a way of life when living with one or more chronic illnesses such as fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, endometriosis, etc.

Self-care is about learning to live with your incurable illness. Pain and symptoms punish us, while self-care practices allow us to thrive.
