About Last Night

For the past two and a half years, my body’s ability has been nothing but amazing to me. To think that in 2012 I was unable to sit, stand, or walk for more than 5 minutes without bursting into tears because the pain was so intense or that by doing so I would experience blinding pain from the swelling around my spine, it is truly mind blowing that I have improved.

Fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, and a few other chronic illnesses were hell-bent on destroying my life.

Then as those of you who have been following my blog know, I turned the tables when I made some major changes to how I combat chronic pain.

Now that my ribs have fully recovered I am working on regaining my strength and stamina.

Last night I spent six hours at Disneyland with my family. AND I DID IT ALL ON FOOT!! I didn’t bring my wheelchair, instead, I brought my rollator and took breaks from standing and walking as needed.

By the end of the night I logged more than 14k steps!

The fact that I can do this once, twice, or a few times a week is outstanding.

What’s even more satisfying is how I feel the next day.

Before going to Disneyland I applied Magic Muscle Ease to my hips, lower back, neck, shoulders, and wrists.

While at the park I ran PEMF treatments with Oska Pulse on my arm (I have a pinched nerve) which at the same time treated inflammation near my ribcage. At times I placed my device in my backpack to treat my spine.

My legs and feet were killing me by the end of the night. So the second thing I did upon arriving at home was to apply Good Night Lotion to them. The first was to have a few puffs of cannabis from my vape pen. Good Night Lotion is a magnesium-rich lotion that makes my legs turn to butter. Seriously, it is like they melt into the mattress.

I love that I have found and continue to find natural and alternative ways to combat the pain and symptoms that my chronic illnesses inflict. My hope is that you will too!!!
