Finding a chronic illness community support group can feel overwhelming. While there are many to choose from, not all are active. There are some we don’t vibe with, and that’s okay. But don’t stop looking.
The beauty of online community groups is that you can be a member of as many as you wish. Choosing a support group is like buying a new car. Test them out and if one doesn’t work out, try another.
The list of groups I have provided below is from bloggers, advocates, and online health communities that I know and trust. And whether you choose to join mine, theirs, or all of them, my wish is that you find the support and encouragement needed to survive life with chronic illness.
