The Disabled Diva 2022 Chronic Pain and Illness Monthly Updates

The Disabled Diva 2022 Chronic Pain and Illness Monthly Update

This year, my chronic pain and illness monthly updates will be published first on Instagram and Facebook. Afterward, they will be placed in this post along with any relevant links.

Be sure to follow me on Instagram to view them right away, bookmark this page to revisit monthly, or subscribe to my email list to receive a notification that a new post is ready to view.

I share these updates to give a behind the scene look at what my chronic life is like. Because looking at someone’s social media feed never gives the whole story.
