This is not your typical 30 days of thankfulness.

Gratitude with a Chronic Illness Attitude

Each day throughout the month of November, share something you are thankful for on your Instagram reels or stories. Use hashtag #ChronicThanks so I can find your posts! Follow me on Instagram!

Have fun! Let your saltiness flow or keep it sweet. The choice is yours. Some days I am the Queen of Positivity, and others, I am more like the Mad Hatter.

Here are some examples:

I am thankful for my bidet and wish I could flush my IBS diagnosis down it. #ChronicThanks

I am thankful for my power wheelchair because I would be stuck at home without it. #ChronicThanks

Today I am thankful soft toilet paper! #ChronicThanks

I have posted a couple of mine below as examples as well.
