Fibromyalgia Pain Relief Yoga: Yoga Therapy for Chronic Fatigue and Pain, Sleep Disturbance, Muscle Cramps, Brain Fog, Stress, and Burnout

BetterMe Sofa Yoga: Sitting on the floor, carpeted or not, is too painful on my hips, tailbone, and spine. Doing yoga poses without thick padding creates unwanted pain in my wrists, ankles, and toes. That’s where sofa yoga from BetterMe comes in. It is easy and painless! Having reclining sofas, I prefer using my bed. Read my unsolicited review here.

Yoga for Seniors: Improve balance, strength & flexibility with gentle senior yoga. Don’t let the age demographic hold you back from trying yoga. Exercises geared towards seniors are often just what those of us with fibromyalgia need. Starting in a typical starter class is what turned me off of yoga. It was too intense for my body. Had I started in a class suited for seniors, I may not have avoided it for so many years.

Walking Sticks: Fibromyalgia causing balance issues? If you fear going for a walk will result in a fall, depending on the severity of your balance problems, walking sticks may help.

Rollator: There are times when despite fibromyalgia’s best efforts, I can go for walks but need to break them up with a short break. That is where having a rollator with a seat comes in handy! I can sit, sip water, and enjoy being outdoors while I wait for my back muscles to simmer down.
