The goal of this challenge is to move our bodies every day. This means in whatever form of exercise you are able to do. If you can go for walks, that’s perfect and if not, that’s perfect too! Whether you run around the block, walk to the end of your driveway, or stretch your muscles every morning, you are welcome.
This challenge is not about killing yourself or triggering a flare in order to exercise your chronic body. Instead, it is about figuring out how to incorporate physical movement into your day without having it disrupt your life.

Challenge: In a journal or on a calendar, log your daily WINS. WINS can be a physical accomplishment, dietary, and/or emotional because our mental health is just as important as our physical health.
Example: My WIN for today was going for a walk after a busy day. or My WIN for today was only having one piece of chocolate…. or My WIN for today was not getting upset that my body required me to do less than yesterday.
