I don’t know about you, but when I find a pain relief medication/product/treatment that works, I can’t help but shout it from the rooftop! Here are my reasons for including PEMF therapy in my daily pain management plan.
It reduces inflammation better than anything I have ever tried.
PEMF therapy has been a part of my daily pain management plan since early 2017. During that time I have experienced relief from chronic pain caused by fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, coccydynia, and abdominal adhesions.
In the span of two years, the only relief to not have lasted is in regards to my abdominal adhesions. Because surgery is the only way we could have been able to see what PEMF therapy was doing with those adhesions, whether they were loosened or something else, we will never know. But based on my current pain level and symptoms, my guess is that they were loosened, but remained attached to my internal organs.
I have come to this conclusion because they didn’t become an issue again until the summer of 2018 after my car accident. Prior to the accident, I focused the majority of my daily PEMF treatments on my abdomen.

Redirection
After the accident, I redirected treatment to the injured areas. All it took was a few months of not treating my abdomen daily to give the adhesions an opportunity to go wild.
In regards to my other chronic illnesses, PEMF therapy is continuing to improve how they impact my life.
Inflammation in my feet used to keep me from walking. I couldn’t wear sneakers prior to PEMF therapy, but I can now!!
Inflammation in my spine made standing for more than five minutes an impossible task. After a few months of PEMF therapy and the pain in my lower back that had plagued me 24/7 since February of 2011 was gone!
Running treatments on my spine when a storm front or heatwave begins moving in has decreased the severity and frequency of the flares that used to incapacitate me for days.
I suffer from fewer and fewer migraines.
No side effects
Unlike all of the medications I was put on in hopes of reducing nerve pain, I have suffered zero side effects.
Not only that, but the daily nerve pain that I have had since my sloppy surgeon severed them in 2008 is no longer a daily issue.
In fact, it takes the pressure from one heck of a storm or heatwave to trigger pain in that area.
Feel good factor
Minus my current abdominal issue, I feel great. Seriously, in the past any new or reoccurring pain would trigger a flare from all of my chronic illnesses, but not this time.
For the first time since 2001, I am truly only dealing with one problem!
Daily PEMF treatments are continuing to keep the inflammation around my spine low enough to not aggravate my other illnesses.
I remember how terrifying it used to be to have my entire body reacting to one symptom or pain. That memory is why I make sure to strap my device to my body every day. It is also why I continually hit the on button throughout my day.
Don’t take my word for it!
