Migraine Eclipse?

Have you ever had a migraine triggered by a lunar and/or solar eclipse?

In the past, it was impossible to tell what was causing what and when, because my entire body was under attack from fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, degenerative disc disease, coccydynia, and endometriosis.

With this pain now being extremely well managed, it isn’t that hard to figure out what is going on when I do experience pain. With that said, when my body experiences a disturbance, I turn into a detective and begin looking for clues.

My experience

On Sunday (Jan. 21, 2019) afternoon, I was hit with a migraine.  I have only had a couple in the past two years since adding daily PEMF treatments to my pain management program.  And each one has had one thing in common….. an eclipse.

The first one I noticed was a solar eclipse in August of 2017.  The pain began a good six hours before it started. I wanted to watch it, but the pain in my neck, temples, and skull would not allow me to open my eyes or leave my bed.  As the eclipse ended, my pain decreased.  I was back to normal within 24 hours.

With this current blood moon lunar eclipse, the pain also became noticeable approximately six hours prior.  The pain intensified as it neared and was unbearable during the eclipse.

Like the other, my pain began subsiding soon after it ended and I expect to feel like nothing ever happened when I wake up on Tuesday morning.

While I can’t find anything online to support my experience, it doesn’t mean that it isn’t real.

This is why I am asking you if you have experienced anything similar. When I recognized the first one, others shared that they did too.

How I handled the pain

I am thankful for my pain management plan, I seriously do not know how I would have gotten through this eclipse without it.  I applied CBD oil to the base of my neck often, I ran PEMF treatments up and down my spine until I went to bed, put 30mgs of CBD isolate under my tongue, and a few drags off of my cannabis vape pen to help me fall asleep.

If you have experienced a migraine or headache of any sort during a solar/lunar eclipse, how did you get through it?  How did you treat the pain? And do you notice this reaction with every eclipse?

I look forward to discussing this further.
