Tips for treating neck pain with Oska Pulse

Tips for treating neck pain with oska pulse discount code diva

One of my most debilitating pains is the pain that stems from my neck.  I have been using Oska Pulse to reduce and eliminate pain caused by fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, endometriosis, and more on a daily basis since March 24, 2017. During this time I have experienced relief from daily neck pain and shorter and less painful flares when it acts up.  I experience both muscular and nerve pain in my neck.

Since using Oska Pulse I no longer experience neck pain on a daily basis and when I do it is not as intense as it used to be and the time to recover from it has decreased.

Today I am going to share three different ways I use my Oska Pulse to target this particular area.

Neck pillow

Wrap Oska Pulse on a neck pillow to treat neck pain easily.

By wrapping my Oska Pulse around a neck pillow the device stays in place and fits comfortably around my neck.  I prefer this method while flying, riding in the car, lying in bed, or when sitting on furniture that doesn’t have a high back.

Back of chair

Use a wrap to hold Oska Pulse on back of chair to treat neck pain.

Depending on the width of your chair, the strap that comes with Oska Pulse may not be long enough to reach around.  I use a long knit scarf to wrap mine around my recliner.  This is great when I am spending the day writing or watching TV in my recliner.

Sash

Wear Oska Pulse to treat neck and shoulder pain.

Using the strap that is included with Oska Pulse or a knit scarf, I wear mine like a sash.  This is best when I am on the go.  I can walk, cook, clean, go grocery shopping, and more during my treatment sessions.

I hope these tips help you stay committed to treating your neck and reduces your pain! And remember, Oska Pulse can’t help you if you don’t use it! Be consistent!  I typically treat my neck for 2 or 3 sessions a day and more on a bad day.  Ready to try Oska Pulse yourself?  Request my secret discount code here!
