Protein Balls

Just wanted to share a delicious and easy recipe I found online. Click here for the recipe.  I only make one substitution,  that’s the type of Kashi cereal that I use. Also if I’m having a day in which my hands hurt too much to make the balls,  I just line the container with wax paper and press the mix in and after chilling I cut it into bars.
