My review of FibroSleep

Do you suffer from Fibromyalgia and find it hard to go to sleep at night? You are not alone! FibroSleep is a product that may help you.

I have been given this product as part of a product review through the Chronic Illness Bloggers network.  Although the product was a gift, all opinions in this review remain my own, and I was in no way influenced by the company. This blog post contains affiliate links. Always read the ingredients

First, I want to disclose that I was unable to personally test this product.  As I do with all medications or supplements, over-the-counter or prescription, I took a look at the ingredients.  Unfortunately for me, this product contains 3 ingredients that my body has had severe adverse reactions to.  However, my teenage daughter also has Fibromyalgia and is not allergic to any of the ingredients, so we decided she would be the one to try it.

Trial run

My daughter has been using FibroSleep for a little over two weeks.  During this time, she has been able to fall asleep easier.  In the past, she has taken melatonin for sleep.  She prefers FibroSleep because it gently leads her to feel ready to fall asleep.  Whereas melatonin alone results in a sudden “I need to go to bed” feeling.

Not only does she fall asleep, but she is also able to go back to sleep with ease if she wakes up to use the restroom.  Another thing she likes about this product is that she doesn’t feel groggy the following day.

The result

All that suffer from Fibromyalgia know how vital a good night’s sleep is.  Lack of sleep or lack of quality sleep results in more pain and less productive days.  Because she has been getting a good night’s sleep, her daily energy and stamina have improved.  This is amazing, considering that she has also been fighting a cold.  She and I both agree that her energy level while taking FibroSleep has dramatically improved.

The dosage recommendation of this product is  1-4 pills, one hour before your desired bedtime.  The amount she takes depends on how she is feeling that evening.  If she is already feeling fatigued, she will only take one or two.  If she has been overly stimulated or is in more pain than average, she will take 3-4.

Overall we are impressed with this product!
