Spinach Pesto Garlic Parmesan Lasagna
Ingredients
One box of lasagna noodles *Do not use the oven ready kind.
Ragu Garlic Parmesan sauce *Use as much or little as you prefer. I only used one jar because I do not like a lot of sauce.
small jar of pesto *or more if you prefer
fresh spinach *whatever amount you desire
6 cups of shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese
*Directions*
Preheat oven to 350
Prepare pasta according to package
Mix pesto sauce with the garlic parmesan sauce
Pour some sauce to cover the bottom of a 9×13 backing dish
Add first layer of pasta, then layer with spinach, cheese, and sauce
Repeat
I had a total of three layers and only topped the upper layer with sauce and cheese.
Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes and then 5 more without the foil.
